Strong judgment matters when evaluating imperfect alternatives and explaining decisions clearly.
Key Responsibilities: Compare paired AI-generated images and videos
Judge which output better follows each prompt
Zoom in and replay media to identify problems
Detect distorted anatomy, flicker, motion, and text errors
Assess adherence, quality, and realism dimensions
Requirements: Fluent English with explicit written communication
Detail-oriented approach to close visual and audio review
Ability to make clear decisions between flawed options
Bachelor’s degree pursued or completed, or higher
Independent ratings and explanations without AI writing tools
Use careful media inspection, evidence-based reasoning, and fluent English to improve generative AI quality through Outlier projects.
