Meet FBC Members across Belleville and nearby territory while preparing T1 returns with guided tax software during a seasonal hybrid schedule. Daily travel, people skills, and organization define this Member-facing work.
As a Seasonal Tax Services Associate, you will support approximately 200 Canadian farm and small business owners. You will visit Members at homes, farms, and businesses, collect documents, and complete returns. Complex matters go to Tax Advisors, while relevant FBC and Harvest services may be introduced.
Key Responsibilities: Visit assigned Members in urban, rural, and remote locations
Collect and photograph tax documents using company-provided devices
Prepare T1 returns from start to finish
Flag complex tax matters to Tax Advisors
Maintain mileage and expense claims monthly
Requirements: Valid driver’s licence, registration, and reliable personal vehicle
Comfort with homes, farm offices, and winter travel
Confidence using tablets or laptops
Organized approach to schedules and upload deadlines
Ability to pass a criminal record check
Bring relationship-building, technology confidence, and dependable travel readiness to FBC’s seasonal Member services in Belleville.
