This entry-level General Labourer position works across production lines in a heavy industrial manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include following standard operating procedures, using tools and measuring devices, entering computer data, and cleaning work areas. Previous manufacturing experience is considered an asset, but it is not required.
Key Responsibilities: Operate production equipment for steel pipe manufacturing
Use gas torches, hand tools, and power tools
Inspect produced steel pipe visually
Complete computer data entry
Perform cleaning and general labour duties
Requirements: High school diploma required
Commitment to safety procedures and protective equipment
Ability to stand, climb, crawl, kneel, bend, push, and pull
Communication and teamwork skills
Pass required drug, alcohol, physical, and criminal checks
