As Safety Manager, you will partner with operational leaders across Tolko’s jurisdictions. The work centers on safety culture, regulatory compliance, leadership coaching, and practical solutions. You will support consistent decision-making across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities: Act as strategic occupational health and safety partner
Guide Safety and Asset Protection Advisors across jurisdictions
Improve safety standards, leadership behaviours, and culture
Develop contractor safety programs with Woodlands Managers
Oversee claims management, audits, training,



and reporting
Requirements: Minimum seven years in senior occupational health and safety
Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings preferred
Experience influencing change across multiple sites
Skilled certification such as CRSP or CSP preferred
Knowledge of Canadian occupational health and safety regulations
Bring senior safety leadership, operational partnership, regulatory knowledge, and analytical problem-solving to Tolko’s organization-wide programs.
