Maintain Golden Manor cleanliness as a part-time Housekeeping/Laundry Aide, using facility housekeeping and laundry experience in Timmins. Support safe resident-centered care.
Reporting to the Facility Services Supervisor, this role performs labour required to maintain the facility. Duties include cleaning interior surfaces, completing assigned laundry, supporting the care team, and participating in the City of Timmins Continuous Improvement Program. Previous related experience is required.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain floors, walls, woodwork, and windows throughout the Home
Perform assigned laundry duties for the facility
Support protected resident-centered care within your scope
Participate in the Continuous Improvement Program
Complete other assigned duties as required
Requirements: Grade 12 education or equivalent qualification
Previous related housekeeping or laundry experience
Sympathetic attitude toward elderly residents
Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
Current clear Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check
Bring housekeeping, laundry, infection-control, and resident-support skills to Golden Manor while following required screening protocols.
