The Saskatchewan Health Authority is seeking an Exercise Therapist for the Tisdale Hospital in the Clinical Integration Chronic Disease Management unit. This full time role involves conducting fitness appraisals and guiding patients through exercise programs, emphasizing primary-level interventions.
Preference will be given to HSAS members under the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement. Candidates need a BSc in Kinesiology, CSPE certification, and a valid Class 5 driver's license; travel is required.
