The Temporary Personal Plan Facilitator works with people using services and their circles of support. You will learn about each person and facilitate plans addressing needs, hopes, and dreams. The work includes Karis Disability Services teams and reflects the organization’s core Values. The goal is building communities of belonging.

Support communities of belonging through personal planning
Requirements: Five years’ developmental or similar social services experience
University degree
Facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Valid Saskatchewan full Class 5 driver’s licence
Reliable transportation, driver’s abstract, and Vulnerable Sector check
