This experienced HR Marketing Advisor will contribute to initiatives across employer branding, recruitment, internal communications, and corporate outreach. You will lead content ideation, identify strong stories, and coordinate source materials for wide-ranging audiences. Collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, external agencies, and Soucy’s partner agency is central to the work.
Key Responsibilities: Lead planning and ideation for employer brand content
Identify stories and conduct interviews with Soucy talent
Coordinate photos, videos, testimonials, and source materials




Produce social media materials with the partner agency
Analyze performance and contribute to evolving practices
Requirements: Experience in communications, marketing, or related work
Strong ability to create content and tell stories
Comfort working with internal and external partners
Ability to coordinate multiple communication projects
Ability to monitor trends and initiative performance
Use content strategy, interviews, and storytelling to strengthen Soucy’s employer brand across audiences and channels.
