Key Responsibilities: Manage human, material, and financial program resources
Provide clinical leadership for quality patient care
Coach staff toward integrated care planning
Implement evidence-based practice and quality improvements
Lead provincial, corridor, and local priorities
Requirements: Two-year accredited Respiratory Therapy program graduate
Successful completion of the CBRC National Examination
Active CARTA registration and membership in positive standing
Minimum five years progressive Respiratory Therapy experience
One to two years formal or informal leadership experience
