Position: Senior Industrial Trades and Maintenance Expert

Compensation: $20 - $60/hour
Commitment: 10 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities Review and interpret mechanical installation drawings and specialty trade plans
Analyze field diagrams and inspection sketches for clarity and accuracy
Examine pest control layouts and textile production schematics for compliance
Answer trade-specific questions with detailed technical justifications
Deliver structured, written responses aligned with industry standards
Collaborate with project coordinators on document review assignments
Provide insights to enhance the accuracy of modeled processes
Requirements Strong years of experience in industrial trades
Proficiency in interpreting various technical documents and schematics
Robust written and verbal communication skills emphasized on clarity
Advanced problem-solving abilities with expert guidance experience
Ability to work independently and manage deliverables remotely
Familiarity with digital collaboration tools and document-sharing platforms
Journeyman or licensure status in relevant trades preferred
