This District Visual Manager role blends visual merchandising expertise with business operations and fashion styling. You will interpret creative direction, guide retail teams, and deliver consistent presentations aligned with OAK + FORT aesthetics. Collaboration with Merchandising, Marketing, Retail Operations, and store leadership supports product launches and campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Interpret creative direction for compelling in-store storytelling
Uphold OAK + FORT design and brand identity
Coach teams on placement, fixtures, presentation, and styling
Coordinate visual priorities with launches and campaigns




Review engagement and sell-through to inform strategies
Requirements: Proven visual merchandising experience within fashion retail
Excellent composition, styling, and current trend awareness
Leadership skills for coaching and motivating store teams
Planning, organization, and communication abilities
Versatile availability, including evenings, nights, and weekends
