Rainbow Greenhouses needs a Merchandiser Supervisor to maintain high merchandising standards across assigned stores. The permanent position varies with seasonal demand, including full time peak-season hours and part-time hours afterward. You will work independently, support merchandising teams, and resolve store-level challenges.
Key Responsibilities: Merchandise and maintain outdoor plant displays
Build, restock, and organize garden center displays
Keep garden centers clean and customer-ready
Troubleshoot store-level issues as they arise
Travel between locations with mileage reimbursed
Requirements: Strong dependability, punctuality, and professional communication
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Access to a cell phone and CSA-approved steel-toe shoes
Use outdoor merchandising, organization, and communication skills to support Rainbow Greenhouses’ Home Depot program.
