As an Advisor, Early Careers Talent Acquisition, you will support internship, co-op, and recent graduate recruitment. You will engage students, universities, student groups, and external partners while working with hiring managers. The role combines talent attraction, candidate communication, assessment, and campus representation.
Key Responsibilities: Build relationships with students and universities
Identify early-career talent through sourcing and networking
Represent CPP Investments at information sessions
Support interviews, selection, offers, and communication
Develop consistent interview and evaluation materials
Requirements: Relevant university or college education
Two years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Student or graduate recruiting experience is an asset
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Workday Recruiting experience is an asset
