Key Responsibilities: Prepare project budgets and client quotations
Coordinate phases, resources, deadlines, and project delivery
Track assignments using Plunet project management tools
Monitor progress, quality, finances, and deadlines
Respond to clients and resolve freelancer issues
Requirements: Experience in project management, business administration, or customer service
Knowledge of localization and interpreting processes
Practical knowledge of Smartcat, memoQ, and Trados
Advanced English and one additional foreign language
Strong organization, detail, and cross-cultural communication skills
