Build lasting resident relationships as a Leasing Consultant in Thornton, combining customer service, conflict resolution, and timely follow-through. Work Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
You will serve as a primary contact for prospective and current residents on the in office property team. This position supports resident satisfaction, renewals, occupancy, and move-ins through responsive service. Success requires rapport-building, property knowledge, organization, and professional communication with residents and teammates.
Key Responsibilities: Resolve resident issues promptly and follow up on requests
Encourage community interaction through outreach and service
Actively secure resident renewals and maintain resident satisfaction
Conduct zone walks and quality control spot checks
Prepare apartments, keys, and locks for move-ins
Requirements: Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or retail
Ability to build rapport and identify customer needs
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Discretion when handling sensitive information
