This Accounts Receivable Specialist oversees the organization’s A/R function and leads the Accounts Receivable team. The work includes monitoring aging, resolving payment discrepancies, and supporting branch teams. It also covers reconciliations, reporting, and timely escalation of collection concerns.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily Accounts Receivable operations and customer account accuracy
Monitor aging and follow up on overdue balances
Resolve payment issues, discrepancies, and account concerns
Approve adjustments, credits, write-offs, and A/R transactions




Escalate high-risk accounts and complex collection matters
Requirements: Experience overseeing Accounts Receivable functions and collections
Ability to analyze aging and collection performance reports
Capability to complete or oversee account reconciliations
Ability to maintain standardized procedures and SOPs
Qualified approach to customer collection relationships
