The Quality Agent supports a great client experience through cleanliness and visual pride throughout assigned store areas. Daily work includes executing cleaning timelines, completing checklists, organizing supplies, and maintaining Sephora’s merchandising standards. You will also assist with events, animation, and backstage areas.
Key Responsibilities: Execute quality cleaning timelines across assigned areas
Complete daily quality tasks and checklists
Maintain standards within sales floor zones
Assist with store animation and events
Maintain backstage stock rooms, lockers, kitchens, and bathrooms
Requirements: Retail or service industry experience
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Availability for daytime, nighttime, and weekend shifts
Ability to organize stock, testers, and samples
Ability to support safety and cleanliness standards
Use your retail experience and communication skills to protect Sephora’s visual pride and maintain dependable store quality standards.
