QuadReal Property Group seeks a Community Manager to oversee residential property operations. The role covers leasing, marketing, administration, reporting, staff leadership, maintenance coordination, accounts receivable, and customer service. Success requires accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and excellent resident relations.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee leasing processes, applications, renewals, and move-in packages
Execute marketing plans, surveys, pricing recommendations, and community relationships
Train, supervise, coach, and develop site staff
Coordinate maintenance, inspections, work orders,



and preventative maintenance
Manage rent collection, receivables, legal documents, and resident concerns
Requirements: Three to five years in administration or property management
Experience leading teams preferred
Knowledge of Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office
Solid communication, detail, problem-solving, and follow-up abilities
Ability to work flexible hours and communicate professionally
