This Guest Service Agent role supports guest satisfaction during a brand-current lodge opening. You will assist with guest needs, reservations, check-ins, and information requests. The position also includes front-office administration, communication, and concern resolution or escalation.
Key Responsibilities: Greet clients and employees courteously upon arrival
Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and registration paperwork
Enter registration data into site software and systems
Answer calls, emails, and faxes professionally
Attend safety meetings and emergency response procedures
Requirements: Previous guest services experience required
Microsoft Suite skills required
Excellent customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Successful drug and alcohol testing and background check
