As a Financial Security Advisor at Desjardins, you support members and clients through individual insurance, group insurance, retirement savings, and related products. You assess expressed needs, explain options, and tailor approaches across multiple distribution channels. Your work also includes insurance brokerage, segregated funds, travel insurance, and claims settlement.
Key Responsibilities: Sell and advise on life, health, disability, and critical illness insurance
Analyze member and client needs for personalized solutions
Assess satisfaction, follow up, and improve service quality




Maintain relationships with referral sources and potential clients
Monitor industry trends and identify business development opportunities
Requirements: College diploma in a related field
Minimum two years of relevant experience
Representative’s certificate in damage insurance from AMF
Knowledge of French is required
