As a Service Order Resolution Representative, you will partner with customer service and support order management across TTI Canada. The full time, permanent schedule runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. You will maintain resolution metrics, record Order Entry performance, and help improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with customer service
Maintain 24 to 36 hour order resolution replies
Track daily Order Entry performance and records
Draft and fulfill company-wide no-charge orders
Support training, order management, safety, and quality improvement
Requirements: High School or GED diploma required
Proficient typing and ten-key skills
Proficient Microsoft Office skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Bring order resolution, customer communication, and performance tracking skills to TTI’s Georgina service operations team.
