Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Inc. seeks an Accounting Supervisor reporting to the People & Culture Manager. You will oversee daily accounting, manage AP and AR processes, supervise a small accounting team, and support timely financial reporting. The position also enforces internal controls and company policies.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee cash sheets, petty cash, and safe balances
Manage invoice processing, vendor payments, billing, and collections
Review monthly and year-end financial reconciliations
Train, supervise, and evaluate the resort cash audit team




Support point-of-sale accuracy for revenue reporting
Requirements: Experience overseeing daily accounting operations
Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Ability to maintain accurate financial records
Understanding of internal controls and company policies
Ability to monitor sales taxes and reporting compliance
