We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our client's team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Canadian payroll experience, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of multi-provincial payroll regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Process full-cycle payroll accurately and on time.
Manage payroll for employees across multiple Canadian provinces.
Calculate and process salaries, deductions, taxable advantages, adjustments, and final payments.
Ensure compliance with CRA requirements and provincial employment legislation.
Prepare statutory remittances, T4s, ROEs, and year-end payroll documentation.
Reconcile payroll registers, payroll accounts, and related reports.
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.




Maintain accurate payroll records and support audits.

Required Qualifications:
Strong experience in full-cycle Canadian payroll processing.
Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred.
Knowledge of multi-provincial payroll, including Ontario and Quebec.
Experience with CPP, EI, EHT, WSIB, CRA remittances, T4s, and ROEs.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
PCP certification preferred.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
