This permanent, full time opportunity serves a private sector manufacturer of custom precision sheet metal products and assemblies. The specialist manages customer relationships, hosts meetings, and coordinates accurate updates with manufacturing teams. Three months on the production floor provide technical knowledge for customer support.
Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound customer communications
Host meetings with customers and maintain relationships
Quote products using manufacturing requirements and costs
Coordinate responses to production and quality concerns
Ensure company and industry compliance
Requirements: Blueprint reading and interpretation ability
Ability to adjust across changing priorities
Experience with ERP systems
Knowledge of manufacturing practices, quality control, and logistics
Fabrication experience is an asset
