As a Financial Analyst, Real Estate, you will support three mandates involving real estate-linked investment products. Your work will test project viability, affordability, and financeability over six months. You will analyze rent rolls, budgets, funding, and investment criteria.
Key Responsibilities: Build, maintain, and audit pro formas and cash flow models
Underwrite housing and real estate projects across Canada
Run sensitivity, scenario, and stress tests for project assumptions
Assess debt, equity, grant funding, and lender criteria
Prepare investment memos, dashboards, and leadership presentations




Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, commerce, or real estate
Two or more years in analysis, underwriting, or real estate finance
Advanced Excel, DCF, IRR, and sensitivity analysis skills
Robust analytical, writing, communication, and presentation abilities
Full English and French bilingualism; Canadian remote location required
