As a Co-op student with FlatironDragados Canada, you will be given the prospect to apply your academic training and skills in a real-world setting on some of the most exciting and technically challenging construction projects in North America. This position is located in Toronto, ON.

What You Will Be Doing

Coordinate bid and proposal inputs from Contracts, Estimating, Operations, Engineering, and other stakeholders.

Support bid planning by managing submission requirements, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

Review RFPs, tender documents, and contracts to identify requirements, risks, obligations, and required inputs.

Facilitate internal bid coordination meetings and communicate updates, decisions, and next steps.

Coordinate client communications related to proposal requirements, technical clarifications, and submission expectations.

Track action items, responsibilities, and outstanding deliverables to ensure timely completion of submissions.

Monitor submission readiness and proactively resolve missing information, risks, conflicts, or delays.

Review proposal and technical deliverables for quality, consistency, accuracy, and completeness prior to submission.





Assist with preliminary estimates, quantity take-offs, budget assessments, and supporting technical documentation for municipal infrastructure projects.

Provide project coordination support to Project Managers and collaborate across teams to successfully deliver projects and proposals.

What We Are Looking For

Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Civil Engineering

Ability to take initiative, pay attention to details, and work in a team environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

Knowledge and /or experience with the following a definite plus: AutoCAD, Civil3D, Heavy Bid

Knowledge and / or experience in the design of municipal infrastructure projects preferred

Experience in engineering consulting will be considered an asset

Excellent MS Excel and MS Word skills
