As a Senior Employer Onboarding Specialist, you will support small employers joining the CAAT Pension Plan. You will coordinate approvals, due diligence, timelines, and service standards while guiding complex onboarding scenarios. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate small employer onboarding using procedures, checklists, and timelines
Serve as primary contact for employers and stakeholders
Complete needs analyses and coordinate governance documentation
Conduct due diligence, credit checks, and member information reviews




Identify process improvements and support front-line inquiries
Requirements: Post-secondary education or equivalent education, training, and experience
Two to five years in customer service, pensions, or financial services
