Qualicare Milton is hiring Personal Support Workers, also known as Health Care Aides, for its home care team. Under Care Coordinator supervision, you will deliver personalized assistance for clients managing medical illnesses and age-related complications. Care plans, documentation, mobility support, and household assistance are central to this work.
Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care and hygiene assistance
Prepare meals for client dietary needs
Administer medications and provide reminders
Support mobility, ambulation,



and transportation
Follow individualized care plans and maintain documentation
Requirements: Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent
Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain
Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray result
Reliable transportation, internet, and mobile phone access
Fluency in Urdu or Hindi preferred; female applicants preferred
