As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will administer prescribed medications and treatments according to College of Nurses of Ontario standards. You will complete assessments, RAPS, and care plans while promoting self-care, wellness, adaptation, and preventative health education. The position also includes supporting unregulated care workers through guidance, training, and education.
Key Responsibilities: Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to established standards
Document and follow up on client, family, and team concerns
Promote self-care, wellness, adaptation, and preventative health education




Complete assessments, RAPS, and care plans within required timeframes
Guide, train, and educate unregulated care workers
Requirements: Current Registered Practical Nurse registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate
Current Medication Administration Certificate
At least one year of geriatric nursing, healthcare, or rehabilitation experience
Successful Vulnerable Sector Check, police check, and tuberculosis screening
