Licensed Optician serving Pearle Vision patients through accurate measurements, lens fitting, and attentive retail customer care. This is a casual part-time position.
At Pearle Vision, the Licensed Optician delivers exceptional customer experiences while supporting retention and associate and doctor satisfaction. You will recommend lenses, coatings, and frames, resolve vision issues, and support store sales. The position also includes merchandising, pricing, marketing execution, and accurate delivery quotes.
Key Responsibilities: Fill ophthalmic prescriptions and fit and adapt lenses and frames
Measure bridge, eyesize, temple length, and optical centers
Recommend lenses, coatings, and frames for customer needs
Resolve vision issues and support customer satisfaction
Maintain merchandising, pricing, signage, and promotional standards
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
State licensure or nationally recognized optician certification
Retail or customer service experience with sales results
Accurate communication and attention to detail
Three or more years of experience preferred
Apply licensed optical expertise, customer communication, and eyewear recommendations to support Pearle Vision patients and store performance.
