Serve residents and guests as a Dietary Aide, using courteous customer service and food preparation skills throughout each dining service. Support AgeCare’s dining operations while following health and safety procedures.
AgeCare’s Dietary Aide assists with meal service, beverage and salad preparation, table service, and kitchen cleanliness. The position supports residents and guests, including seniors, while contributing to catering, special occasions, and theme events. It also includes helping orient and train new dietary employees.
Key Responsibilities: Serve meals professionally and courteously to residents and guests
Prepare beverages, salads, desserts, and other service items
Set and clear dining tables and deliver trays




Clean dishware and cutlery after each seating
Support catering, theme events, and special occasions
Requirements: Required Food Handler’s Certificate
Food Service Worker Training Program enrollment or completion
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to lift heavy, hot items and stand or walk
Vulnerable Sector and Criminal Record Check within six months
Bring food service, customer care, and secure work practices to AgeCare’s resident-focused dining services as a Dietary Aide.
