U-Haul seeks friendly, motivated Customer Service Representatives for its Bedford center. You will assist customers, dispatch and return equipment, answer product questions, and support exceptional service. The position includes on-the-job education through U-Haul University and certification opportunities for propane filling and forklift operation.
Key Responsibilities: Assist customers inside and outside the U-Haul center
Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
Move and hook up trucks and trailers
Clean equipment and inspect fluid levels
Prepare invoices and accept returned equipment
Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to move equipment weighing at least 50 pounds
Readiness for safety precautions around moving machinery
Ability to work indoors and outdoors
Bring customer assistance, rental technology, equipment inspections, and safe driving to U-Haul’s Bedford service operation.
