This regular full-time position supports agency operations through sales, service, and profitable growth. You will advise clients on personal and specialty lines, assess risks, and recommend suitable coverages. The work includes prospecting, inspections, client reviews, and complaint resolution.
Key Responsibilities: Sell and service personal and specialty insurance lines
Recommend coverages and policies meeting client needs
Prospect for additional products and services
Complete risk assessments, inspections, and re-inspections
Resolve client questions, concerns, and complaints
Requirements: General Insurance license required
Life license considered an asset
Maintain provincial licensing and continuing education requirements
Two years of insurance sales experience preferred
Robust auto, property, and underwriting knowledge
Use insurance expertise, communication, and client relationship skills to support CGIC agency growth through effective sales and service.
