As Plating Supervisor, you lead employees across etching, stripping, copper plating, and electroless copper operations. You ensure customer specifications, output expectations, and regulatory requirements are met. The position coordinates shift communication, troubleshooting, documentation, maintenance support, and employee development.
Key Responsibilities: Lead employees through plating department operations and assignments
Verify racks, panels, bath temperatures, current, and handling procedures
Review blueprints, traveler documents, and work instructions
Support chemical evaluations, troubleshooting, and process improvements




Complete shift records, reporting, and compliance documentation
Requirements: Robust knowledge of PCB processing, product flow, and handling
Working knowledge of chemical equipment and preventative maintenance
Ability to identify process, equipment, safety, and quality issues
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate manufacturing teams
Ability to communicate in English and manage multiple priorities
