Operate pouch-making equipment at ePac Flexible Packaging, using machine setup and quality testing skills in a shift-flexible manufacturing workplace.
The Pouch Operator converts laminated films into pouches meeting customer quality specifications. The position requires reading job specifications, adjusting machines, performing changeovers, and monitoring production. Manufacturing experience is preferred, while flexible packaging knowledge is a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate pouch-making machines
Read specifications and determine material requirements
Perform changeovers and preventive maintenance on equipment
Measure dimensions and complete quality testing
Maintain production reports and quality-control data
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Flexible work schedule availability
Manufacturing experience preferred
Basic flexible packaging film knowledge is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
