Working with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and other stakeholders, you will keep renewals moving and help resolve blockers. You will follow defined processes, escalate unusual issues, and receive coaching from senior teammates.
Key Responsibilities: Manage renewal dates and assigned customer portfolios
Send quotes, order forms, and related renewal documentation
Explain moderately complex terms and issues to stakeholders
