Deliver excellent member experiences at BVCU through accurate banking transactions, solid customer service, and thoughtful product referrals in an on-site branch setting.
The Member Experience Team supports daily banking needs while creating positive first impressions. You will engage members, identify needs, recommend BVCU products and services, and maintain confidential information. Strong organization, communication, and time management support consistent service.
Key Responsibilities: Complete account openings, daily banking, and account maintenance
Identify cross-selling and referral opportunities for members
Recommend products and services based on member needs
Process cash and non-cash transactions and balance daily
Support branch opening, closing, records, and internal auditing
Requirements: Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
Superior customer service skills and previous sales experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Microsoft Office proficiency and cash handling experience preferred
Discretion with confidential information and strong attention to detail
