You will handle transactions, use shipping and marketing tools, and help resolve complex concerns. You will also contribute to sales goals, merchandising, stocking, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities: Engage customers and anticipate future product and service needs
Handle POS transactions, shipping, and marketing tools
De-escalate complex customer situations or refer concerns appropriately
Set sales and margin goals with store leaders

Requirements: Strong customer service and communication skills
Three months to one year prior retail experience preferred
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team workplace
