This Finance and Accounting Manager owns daily transactional accounting and broader finance functions. The position requires AP/AR, reconciliations, month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting. You will work independently, supervise an office assistant, and provide financial clarity to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Handle daily transactional and full-cycle accounting activities
Complete AP/AR, account, and bank reconciliations
Manage month-end close and prepare financial statements
Analyze variances, budgets, and forecasts for leadership




Oversee complex investment reconciliations across organizational assets
Requirements: Robust full-cycle accounting experience through financial reporting
CPA designation considered an asset, not required
Charitable or fund accounting experience strongly preferred
Solid investment accounting and reconciliation knowledge
Initiative, adaptability, and independent work capability
