Your responsibilities span accounts payable, bank deposits, purchase orders, office supplies, uniforms, facility contracts, and training arrangements. You will also help maintain professional service for customers and visitors while supporting safe, environmentally sound work behaviours.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain the department’s purchasing system and related records
Enter invoices for payment and file purchasing documentation




Source and order office supplies and uniforms
Set up technical and office training
Provide Sales Link and SW Credit support
Requirements: Post-secondary education required
At least two years’ administrative experience
Customer-centric service orientation

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
