The Family Centre in Edmonton is hiring a full time Transition Coach to support young adults ages 18-24 transitioning from government care under the Child, Youth and Family Enhancement Act. The role provides practical, relationship-centered support to build life skills, self-advocacy, and community connections.
You will work in a trauma-informed, culturally responsive environment with paid training, excellent benefits, and a wellness program.
