Lead retail teams at Princess Auto as an Assistant Store Leader, guiding customer service and daily store execution. This is a full time leadership position.
As an Assistant Store Leader, you will help create a safe, unique shopping experience through Royal Service. You will work with department Leaders on established store plans and regular audits. The position includes opening and closing, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, mentoring, training, and supporting Team Members.
Key Responsibilities: Work with department Leaders on established store plans
Complete regular audits for assigned sections
Open and close the store as required
Recruit, hire, and onboard current Team Members
Direct, support, mentor, and train store teams
Requirements: Two years of leadership skills
Previous retail or service industry experience
Ability to provide vision and direction
Ability to motivate, train, and coach others
Respectful, upfront, and integrity driven
Bring retail leadership, coaching, and customer care to Princess Auto while supporting Royal Service and Team Member growth.
