BGIS seeks a Mobile Cleaner II with at least three years of commercial, industrial, or institutional cleaning experience. The work includes routine cleaning, specialty floor care, facility support, inspections, documentation, and emergency response activities. Success requires knowledge of cleaning methods, WHMIS, workplace safety requirements, and professional equipment.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain hygiene standards across assigned commercial and industrial facilities
Vacuum, mop, sanitize, and restock workspaces and washrooms
Operate auto scrubbers, carpet extractors, and floor-care machines
Complete pressure washing,



floor restoration, and detailed cleaning
Document work, report deficiencies, and support emergency cleaning
Requirements: Minimum three years of relevant commercial, industrial, or institutional cleaning experience
Experience operating qualified cleaning equipment and machinery
Knowledge of cleaning methods, products, WHMIS, and workplace safety
Valid driver's license, clean abstract, and reliable transportation
Ability to travel, wear PPE, and lift up to 35 pounds
