Northern Health seeks an experienced, highly productive, self-directed Administrative Assistant, Community Social Services. Under general supervision, you will support patient, resident, and client admissions and discharges. The position also provides ongoing social services support while recognizing client changes.
Key Responsibilities: Support admissions and discharges for patients, residents, and clients
Provide ongoing community social services support
Establish and maintain rapport with clients
Observe and recognize changes in clients
Organize and prioritize assigned work
Requirements: Grade 12 and recognized Community Social Service certificate
One year of recent related experience
Valid B.C. Drivers’ License and access to a vehicle
Effective verbal and written communication abilities
Crisis resolution and crisis intervention skills
Bring client support, communication, organization, and crisis intervention skills to Northern Health’s community social services in Fort St. John.
