Key Responsibilities: Operate Toptech activities for loading operations management
Issue updates for customer accounts and products
Reconcile volumes sold and recorded at day-end
Check product-quality documents when issues arise
Assist operators with system use and procedures
Requirements: Diploma of college studies or equivalent experience
Three to five years of relevant office experience
Very good English for verbal and written interactions
Initiative and positive communication skills
