Maxim Truck and Trailer is seeking a Service Coordinator to become customers’ first point of contact. You will understand concerns, communicate repair progress, and help deliver a seamless experience from unit arrival to collection. Success depends on detail, sound decisions, and customer-focused follow-through.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and conduct detailed service interviews
Understand repair concerns and determine service requirements
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
Review and close retail work orders accurately
Complete unit pick-up and delivery coordination
Requirements: Proven front-line customer service experience
One to two years’ medium or heavy-duty truck experience
Automotive or related industry experience also considered
Ability to build positive customer and vendor relationships
Robust analytical, numerical, and fact-finding abilities
Use customer insight, technical awareness, and accurate service coordination to support positive repair experiences at Maxim Truck and Trailer.
