Gallagher seeks a Commercial Lines Account Manager with at least three years of experience. You will manage construction, contracting, trades, and blue-collar risks across approximately 200 clients and 300 policies. The role serves as primary service lead alongside Producers and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of a Middle Market Commercial Lines portfolio
Lead renewals, marketing, negotiations, presentations, and binding
Coordinate recent business onboarding, policy issuance, and coverage reviews
Issue certificates and process endorsements, changes, and coverage requests




Build insurer relationships and advocate for client outcomes
Requirements: Minimum three years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
Strong Construction and Contractor insurance expertise
Active General Level 2 Insurance License in Alberta
Advanced proficiency with Applied Epic and Trust Accounting
Strong negotiation, organization, and client service abilities
