You will follow Home Depot’s GET Model, assist customers with projects, and keep carts available. You will report to the Front End Supervisor while supporting customer satisfaction, safety, and security.
Key Responsibilities: Greet, engage, and thank customers through Home Depot’s GET Model
Maintain sufficient carts near the store entrance




Ask project questions to determine customer needs and expertise
Load and secure merchandise using Safe Loading Training
Keep exits and loading areas clear and clean
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
One to two years of retail experience
Effective communication and customer-focused approach
Interpersonal, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
Ability to lift, push, pull, and move items
Bring customer focus, organized loading, and careful safety practices to The Home Depot’s customer-facing lot operations.
