Strong interpersonal skills Ability to support diverse learners and differentiate instruction to meet a variety of student needs Ability to be flexible in assigned duties Background and/or experience in Literacy and Numeracy Intervention would be considered an asset Passion for education and a commitment to ongoing student success Ability to differentiate instructional strategies to effectively meet a wide range of individual needs and abilities
