Develop investment recommendations aligned with member goals
Identify referral opportunities and connect members with appropriate advisors
Coach advisors and strengthen wealth conversations across branches




Apply ethical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
Mutual Funds License and CFP designation required
Six years' investment or financial planning advisory sales experience
Analyze financial statements and use planning software
Demonstrated networking, communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
Apply financial planning, investment recommendations, and advisor coaching expertise across Tru Cooperative Bank branches in Langley and Surrey.
